Roselynn Ranch was established and approved as a Non-Profit organization May 11th, 2022. This was an idea that had been in the works for three years.
The idea came to fruition after 30 plus years of operating my obedience school for dogs and encountering a real need for clients over the years for unexpected circumstances in life, AND the care of their dogs and pets.

This would allow us to accommodate dogs and other pets whose person has a medical issue (short-term or long-term) or end of life situation or an immediate family crisis. We would be able to care for the dogs and other animals either temporarily, or, for the remainder of their life, or, if possible find the perfect re-homing opportunity for them, whichever suits the individual situation and pet best.

Hello, my name is Lynette. I have been working with animals of all kinds since I was literally able to walk. I have had many pets in my life, including birds and currently run a small farm in the Columbia River Gorge. I have vast experience with dog, cats, and horses. I have been in the business of dog training for 34 years, and in addition volunteered for many shelter and rescue organizations over the years with dogs and volunteered with a local horse rescue for 5 years as well. I have experience with goats and chickens too. My love for the outdoors and farm life allows me to care for animals in a safe and enriching space. I am excited to be able to help people with their pets when experiencing circumstances of distress. My young daughter will be assisting me in this venture, therefore instilling values of work, caring, and compassion in her.
We are in the grass roots stage of fundraising for Roselynn Ranch. We are currently fundraising with all efforts being volunteered keeping our overhead at 0, and all donations going directly to this fund. Our goal for building the facility is $125,000
